Description:
The Department of Theatre Arts is hiring a full-time temporary lecturer with responsibilities to teach theatre courses in musical theatre voice, including private voice lessons and group lessons during the 2024-2025 academic year. Selected candidates will be required to attend an on-campus interview with University Administration. Employment will be contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate must hold an advanced degree in the teaching discipline, preferably the DMA, MM or MFA; the degree must be earned by the start of the appointment. Some university teaching experience is preferred. Applicants for full-time teaching positions will be asked to provide a statement of religious faith demonstrating understanding and compatibility with Baylor's Christian mission.
