Cultural Events Ticketing Manager

Position Summary:
This position manages the box office ticket sales/distribution for Cultural Events held on campus.
Duties may include:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and managing event ticket sales
- Distribute information related to cultural events
- Supervise ticketing guest services employees
- Build relationships to help drive business
- Serve as an exhibitor at local events
- Develop and maintain a budget
- Setup agreements and contracts with clients
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Developing budgets and expense projections
- Implementing public relations promotional strategies
- Supervising full-time and temporary staff
- Using computer software and applications for word processing, developing spreadsheets, email and internet research
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with/in:
- Operating a computerized ticketing system
- Multitasking
- Managing conflicting priorities
- Strong written and verbal skills
