Position Description:
The Temporary Compliance Program Assistant supports the College of Nursing and Health Sciences BSN, DNP and DIUS programs through multiple administrative tasks. This position is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to develop professional skills that can be applied to any field. This position offers current student employees who graduate in Spring the opportunity to continue working with the College during the summer before transitioning into their chosen field of study.
Hiring and Training Plan: We are currently looking to hire two temporary assistants to join us during summer quarter for July and August. Training will occur at the assistant workstation located in the Garrand Building on
campus. Must be able to adhere to scheduled hours once established.

Application Instructions: Open to current CNHS student employees who graduate Spring 2026. Cannot be NURS or DIUS majors.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance databases and contract databases.
- Effectively handle confidential documents.
- Drafting minutes and other documents.
- Processing information packets and other mailings.
- Confidential filing.
- Maintain excel spreadsheets.
- Basic data analysis.
- Campus errands.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass FERPA training.
- Must be able to learn other software as required.
- Must be able to work up to 20 hours/week for 8 weeks in July and August. Office hours are 8:00am-
4:30pm Monday-Friday. - Position open to current CNHS student employees who graduate Spring 2026. Cannot be NURS or

Positions designated as hybrid eligible may offer the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule after successful completion of an introductory period of 3-6 months. In these cases, the role typically begins fully on campus to support onboarding and training, with the potential to transition to a hybrid arrangement thereafter.
Positions designated as on-site are not eligible for hybrid work and are expected to remain fully on campus.
