Salary/Pay Range: $51,923 - $66,997 annually. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications. This position is Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.

Summary
The Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs is seeking qualified applicants for a post-doctoral position in trauma psychology research. The fellow will work Dr. Charles Benight on an NSF-funded project conducting research-related activities, which include day-to-day research operations, data management and analysis and the preparation of manuscripts and grants.
The project centers around using multi-source data collection to understand and predict recovery and coping dynamics following acute traumatic injury.
Essential Functions
The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the principal investigator (PI) for the
project. - Maintain open communication with the PI.
- Schedule meetings and keep meeting records.
- Track milestones for the project.
- Coordinate participant reimbursements and track compensation, including gift card
distribution. - Supervise research assistants and program facilitators.
- Assist with the preparation of research compliance forms and reports.
- Screen participants for eligibility.
- Assist in literature reviews and manuscript writing/editing.
- Data management.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Qualified applicants will have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Social Work or a related field.
- Must have experience as a project coordinator.
- Candidates with experience delivering psychoeducational interventions are preferred
