What We Are Looking For
Baylor is seeking an Enrollment Recruitment Manager to lead strategic recruitment initiatives and support enrollment growth efforts. This role will oversee the enrollment recruitment team, develop targeted communication and outreach plans, analyze recruitment data to guide strategy, and collaborate with university partners to enhance the student enrollment experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, and technology skills, with experience in CRM systems such as Slate preferred.
A Bachelors degree and 3 years of professional experience are required. A Masters Degree and 5 years of relevant work experience are preferred. This position can be located in Dallas or Waco with Hybrid flexibility.
All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will Do
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Director of Enrollment to identify strategies for increasing enrollment and intentionally create recruitment plans encompassing travel, marketing, and communication.
- Responsible for managing the enrollment recruitment team, including an Assistant Director, Enrollment Manager and Enrollment Coordinators.
- Create and implement recruitment communication plans that include dynamic email campaigns, targeted text messaging, print mailings, event invitations, and scripts for phone and text outreach.
- Create application communication plans that include information about degree requirements, academic advising, career support, program experiences and opportunities for the purpose of successfully onboarding new students. Work in conjunction with the Operations Team to produce the communication materials.
- Work closely with GBP Systems Analyst to set up, test and deliver all communications in Slate.
- Analyze data to adjust recruitment strategy and messaging as needed.
- Align policies and procedures with Baylor partners and maintain accurate records of enrollment policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Graduate School, and the Center for Global Engagement to understand University admission requirements.
- Provide guidance on recruiting events and outreach on the Baylor campus and with external parties.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of and understanding of enrollment management processes, standards, and trends.
- Have strong technology proficiencies and CRM experience, preferably in Slate.
