The Senior Program Manager for the MS in Oral Health Sciences (OHS) Program plays a critical role in the operation, growth, and visibility of one of Graduate Medical Sciences' largest and most impactful master's programs. This one-year, credential-enhancing pre-dental program enrolls approximately 45 students annually.

Working closely with the Program Director, they will provide comprehensive management of day-to-day program operations and serve as a primary point of contact for students throughout the full program lifecycle, including recruitment and admissions, academic progress, professional development, dental school application preparation, and program completion. The role supports faculty and students in a fast-paced, high-expectation academic environment and ensures a high-quality student experience.

Key responsibilities include working independently to oversee admissions and recruitment workflows; manage prospective student communications; coordinate enrichment and student success initiatives; supervise tutors, teaching assistants, and student employees; and support faculty with course logistics and program activities. The Senior Program Manager also manages the program's budget, purchasing, and financial tracking, and maintains compliance with GMS and University policies.

In addition, this role is responsible for the program's outward-facing presence, including oversight of the OHS website and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a background in higher education administration, strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, the ability to manage multiple priorities independently, and the professionalism to represent the program to internal and external stakeholders.
