This is a Temporary position limited to no more than 9-months.
Job Summary:
The MIBH currently seeks a temporary (9-month) full-time licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who will work within the MIBH interdisciplinary team. The responsibilities of this position focus on direct patient care.

The Marcus Institute for Brain Health (MIBH) is an interdisciplinary clinical care and research institute for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and associated physical and psychological health conditions such as post-traumatic stress, depression, and
anxiety. The MIBH is part of the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus (CU Anschutz) which is the largest academic health center in the Rocky Mountain region and is located in Aurora, Colorado. Aurora is Colorado's second largest and most diverse city, home to a significant population of refugees.
The MIBH provides specialized care for people with mild to moderate TBI, who have persistent posttraumatic symptoms, with a primary focus on the provision of subspecialty clinical services for military Veterans, First Responders and active-duty military service members. The MIBH provides comprehensive interdisciplinary intensive outpatient evaluation and treatment integrating novel medical, and complementary-alternative treatment modalities. This position will work entirely within the MIBH but will be assigned to an appropriate academic home department within CU Anschutz.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The hiring rate for this position has been established at $45.00/ hour. The above salary rate represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate at the time of posting.
Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck. Temporary employees are only eligible for sick leave benefits.
