Position Summary
The Accreditation Support Specialist provides administrative and organizational support for institutional and programmatic accreditation activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Dean of Academic Affairs or designee, the Accreditation Support Specialist is responsible for assisting in the preparation, coordination, and documentation required for accreditation reviews and reporting through effective performance in these essential duties:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in compiling and organizing accreditation documentation and evidence.
  • Support the development and formatting of accreditation reports and self-studies.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to accreditation standards and compliance
  • Coordinate meetings, communications, and timelines related to accreditation activities.
  • Conduct research and data collection to support accreditation requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of required materials to accrediting bodies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education, public administration, or a related field

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Relevant experience in academic support, compliance, or accreditation


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with accreditation processes for health-related academic programs
  • Experience with CoAEMPS (Committee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for the Emergency Medical Services Professions) or ACEN (Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing)


Salary
  • $39.44 hourly
