Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Standardized Patient reports directly to the Simulation Manager. The major function of this position is to portray all the characteristics of a real patient, simulating the signs and symptoms.
Qualifications:
- Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience
- No experience required.
- Standardized Patient, health professional, instructor, or an actor preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications
- COD Training
- Bloodborne Pathogens
- Hazardous Communications
- Compliance Training
Working Conditions:
Moulage, props, acting. Must be able to move without difficulty; no or very limited physical effort required; no or very limited exposure to physical risk. This position requires a background check.
