Position
The Water Polo program at California State University, Fullerton is a highly competitive program that competes in the NCAA Division I Big West Conference. The Assistant Water Polo Coach reports directly to the Head Water Polo Coach and they assist with coaching in this program in addition to the following duties:

The College and Department
This position is housed in the Athletics Department under the Division of Student Affairs. The classification for this position is Coaching Assistant and is in the faculty bargaining unit. This is a 10-month, full time position. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. CSU Fullerton offers an excellent comprehensive benefits package which includes health/vision/dental plans and a defined-benefit retirement through the state system. Compensation
The Coaching Assistant classification salary range is $5,007 to $6,359 monthly (12 monthly payments). The anticipated hiring range is $5,007 to $5,500 per month.
Salary offered is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
