Job Description

The Executive Education & Advisory Associate is responsible for contributing to the development, roll-out and execution of new place-based and e-learning programs and for helping to manage the forward improvement of existing programs. S/he will conduct research and write reports for clients, creating recommendations and presentations for client-facing products related to corporate citizenship ? environmental, social, and governance topics. The ideal candidate will be aware of, or interested to learn about, international standards of business conduct, reporting frameworks, social investment, environmental improvements, or the like. S/he will assist members in accessing Center resources, determining which executive education program to attend, and with logistical needs while on-site.

Reporting to the Director, Executive Education & Advisory Products, responsibilities include:

Generate work plans and manage project timelines for advisory and custom programming.
Develop Research Briefs by reading and synthesizing academic research into key takeaways
Respond to research-related requests from our members
Design and conduct benchmarking studies on an as needed basis; may involve interviews/surveys, data analysis, and report writing
Design PowerPoint slide decks, Word documents, and other mediums for presentations used in client-facing environment. Update existing material with careful editing and an eye for detail.
Support membership team and other Center departments by conducting research and analysis as needed for presentations or
member/prospect account management
Conduct analysis for custom training assignments and contributing to the updating and creation of courses
Participate and contribute to new member recruitment and member retention
Recruit, screen, orient, and manage undergraduate and graduate student interns
Understand organization mission and services; able to convey this understanding to internal and external audiences
Lead and manage project related assignments; achieves results through determining priority items, planning and allocating resources to meet those priorities, and managing to deadlines

Title and salary commensurate with relevant experience based on the following titles and hiring ranges:

Sr. Executive Education & Advisory Associate; 3 plus years of experience - $56,700 - $70,900
Executive Education & Advisory Associate; 0-3 years experience - $51,350 - $64,200

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Good analytical, organizational, and rhetorical skills
Facility with PowerPoint, and other presentation platforms preferred (Articulate, Adobe, Canvas, etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Understands teaching/learning fundamentals
Time management skills
Project management skills
Curriculum development skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with diverse external and internal stakeholders
Excellent library and primary source research skills; Good analytical, organizational, and rhetorical skills
