A PostDoctoral Associate position is available in the Taatjes Research Group in the Department of Biochemistry at University of Colorado Boulder.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Duties include but are not limited to completing biochemical, biophysical, transcriptomics, and cell biology experiments on projects related to the regulation of human RNA polymerase II transcription. Experience with protein purification, cloning, mammalian cell culture, smTIRF, genome editing, and other biochemical and cell biology techniques is required.

What We Require
- A Ph.D. in biochemistry and extensive experience with protein purification, cloning, mammalian cell culture, smTIRF, genome editing, and other biochemical and cell biology techniques is required.
