What We are Looking For

This position supports University Advancement's fundraising efforts as the point person for gift agreement processes. This role will serve as a critical junction point in the closing of gifts, serving to advocate for the interests of both the university and its donors, and to maintain a high standard of donor experience throughout the major gift documentation process.

A bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience are required. A master's degree is preferred.

Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate with the Senior and Associate Directors for Endowment Programs, manage and execute the gift agreement process, including drafting, execution, and processing of all gift agreements, memorandums of understanding, amendments, and other similar documents managed by the Endowment Programs Office
  • Function as the primary point of contact for the gift agreement process, including communication with field officers and Advancement coordinators for facilitating gift agreement processes, guidance, and other support related to gift agreements and similar documents
  • Provide support for Endowment Programs projects, such as scholarship thank you letters, events, research, and other stewardship projects, including the processing of letters, engagement with students, participation in events, or other project support
  • Support the work of the Division of University Advancement through additional support, when appropriate and needed
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
  • Ability to comply with University policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
