Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Systems Analyst, Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment serves as the primary operational owner of enterprise platforms supporting dual credit (DC) and dual enrollment (DE) registration, enrollment, new course workflows, and reporting. This position ensures that systems operate efficiently, comply with institutional and state requirements, and support high school partners, instructors, and internal college stakeholders. Responsible for system configuration, user access management, data integrity, workflow optimization, reporting, oversight of dual credit new course approval processes, and tracking of ongoing compliance requirements in coordination with internal offices and external vendors.
Qualifications:
- Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Experience
- 2-4 years of experience administering or supporting enterprise or platform-based software systems, preferably in a higher education or administrative environment required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate across departments and with external partners.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on data integrity and compliance.
- Strong communication and training skills.
Working Conditions:
Hiring Range:
Starting pay begins at $66,487 based on experience.
Competitive starting pay is dependent on education and experience.
