What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is seeking a Program Manager of Ministry for Life in Baylor's Truett Seminary. This position supports Baylor's mission by providing administrative leadership for the Ministry for Life initiative, funded by a grant from the Lilly Foundation. The role will manage the planning and execution of all grant events in collaboration with partners and maintain the budget in accordance with internal Baylor processes, as outlined in the grant proposal.

A Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant work experience are required. A Master's degree and five years of relevant work experience are preferred. A combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of one another.

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do
  • Plan and direct activities in partnership with denominational, educational, and congregational partners
  • Manage the budget and disburse grant funds to participants and collaborators
  • Maintain compliance within Baylor's internal system, and Lilly foundation
  • Work with Truett's Director of Marketing and Communications and grant partners to manage internal and external communication
  • Complete required reports for Lilly foundation
  • Assist in the gathering of evaluation material for reporting processes
  • Synthesize data and create reports
  • Provide general support for the administrative work of the Executive Director
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
  • Ability to comply with university policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
