Job Description:
The Part Time Enrollment Technology Specialist serves as a support System Administrator for the college's Salesforce-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and student retention system, TargetX, along with its connected tools and applications. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Technology and Data Analytics, the ET Specialist's primary focus is to provide daily administrative support for the management of the CRM, reconcile student records within the system to ensure appropriate data flow and accuracy of the records. The Specialist will also provide end user support and assist with the management of other operational tasks.
This is a hybrid position that allows for the flexibility of an agreed upon remote work schedule, as well as flexibility for full work days on campus as-needed for training sessions and other meetings.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day Salesforce duplicate record resolution process by sustaining current business processes, identifying ways to mitigate duplicate record creation, and continually researching and developing more sophisticated and automated duplicate record merging scenarios.

Support the day-to-day manual student record verification process in the college's Student Information System (SIS) integration tool, Axiom. Collaborate with a team of reviewers to develop a coverage schedule that minimizes delays in student data processing without sacrificing data integrity.

Support all users within the Salesforce organization, including staff, faculty, and students, by performing password resets, updating user credentials, troubleshooting single sign-on (SSO) issues, provisioning new users, assigning users to permission set groups, setting user permissions, and deactivating inactive users.

Assist the Director of Enrollment Technology and Data Analytics and TargetX User Group on completion of periodic upgrade testing and installation process in collaboration with TargetX Premier.

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned; participate in relevant conferences and professional development opportunities related to TargetX and Salesforce.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or other three-years experience working with customer relationship management tools or similar systems.

At least 2-4 years direct experience working with technical and operational aspects of a CRM platform including configuration, technical troubleshooting, and feature expansion.

Experience working in an institution of Higher Education or related organization.

Possess strong analytical skills with project management and planning skills.

A candidate for the position must demonstrate knowledge of CRM functionality and duplicate record management.

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease, be self-motivated and proactive, have critical attention to detail, be able to prioritize and meet deadlines while working on multiple projects, and have creative problem-solving skills.

A candidate for this position must be customer-service orientated.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working at a community college.

Experience with Student Information Systems (Colleague, etc)

Experience working with Salesforce, and, more specifically, TargetX Recruitment and Retention Suite.

Experience working with integration tools such as Axiom and Informatica.

Experience using bulk duplicate record management tools, such as Validity's DemandTools, and creating duplicate detection and merge rules.

Coding experience with one or more programming languages such as Apex, SQL, Visualforce, XML, HTML, Javascript, etc.
