What We're Looking For

The Registrar Associate, Verification role will support the mission of the University by providing front-line assistance to different constituents on behalf of the Office of the Registrar.

A high school diploma and less than one year of relevant work experience are required. A bachelor's degree and one year of relevant work experience are preferred.

A hybrid work arrangement may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.

What You Will Do

Serves as a front-line resource while providing assistance and guidance to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other constituents.
Provides general information and/or refers the constituent to the appropriate specialist for additional assistance.
Verifies enrollment and degrees for requests that are submitted through the various methods.
Works with the Judicial Affair's Office in processing recommendations and certifications with questions pertaining to disciplinary records.
Verifies enrollment and degrees for requests that are submitted through the various methods, including those from the National Student Clearinghouse.
Reviews departmental requests for student data to be provided through reports.
Assists with other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission, including, but not limited to registration, add/drop processing, and verification request processing.
Ability to comply with University policies.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
