Job-Specific Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, you will:
Collaborate closely with BKC faculty, research staff, Practice partners and NoC institutions to design and implement complex program activities including workshops and educational programs; draft and design educational materials and other program documentation;
Serve as a principal administrative contact and key source of program information for PP:AI and NoC activities with minimal direct supervision; and act as liaison to internal & external partners, participants, students, and staff; may participate in budgetary review;
Conduct research and prepare briefing materials or program sessions, meetings, and events; draft and edit written outputs including scholarly papers, program evaluations, grant proposals and reports to funders;
Support program communication efforts, including drafting and editing external content and designing;
Supervise the contributions of Research Assistants, may oversee specific tasks performed by other staff; may grow into role of managing junior staff;
Perform other duties as assigned.
