Faculty and Lab Support Coordinator (Part-Time)


The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Faculty and Lab Support Coordinator (Part-Time).

Applications will be accepted until 1/8/2018.

This position is responsible for the day to day financial and administrative tasks for one faculty member and their research group. The research group includes graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, research visitors, and undergraduate student workers.
The support for the faculty member and research group includes lab supply and equipment purchasing, receiving, and tracking. This staff position also works on financial analysis and reporting, group communications and logistics, and lab safety training tracking and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree and 1 to 2 years of administrative/office experience is required.
-The incumbent needs strong organizational and communications skills, the ability to prioritize work and to multitask.
-Working knowledge of office equipment and strong experience with MS Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Notre Dame specific applications including buyND, TravelND, GLez, AIM, and Google Mail
