Job Summary
Under general direction of faculty and senior research personnel, this individual will be provide support for mail survey projects and various other research projects in the Division of General Pediatrics.

Responsibilities*

Assist with preparing surveys for mail out (e.g., labelling and stamping envelopes)
Assist with survey processing (e.g., sorting, tracking, coding, data entry)
Assist with cleaning and maintaining address files
Other duties as assigned by Principle Investigator or Project Coordinator in line with project goals

Required Qualifications*

Ability to work both independently and as a team member
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent attendance
Ability to multi-task
Comfortable using Word and Excel

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday (not to exceed 20 hours/week)
