Job Description

Post Doctoral Fellow

Post Doctoral Fellows at University Counseling Services maintain a full clinical caseload of clients in clinical evaluation, psychotherapy,and counseling. Fellows primarily provide individual therapy, but may also provide group therapy depending on need and interest. Fellows participate in the psychological emergency clinician rotation, through which they respond to mental health emergencies among the campus community. Fellows will be expected to consult to members of the Boston College community, and participate in outreach and training programming. Fellows are provided weekly supervision, a multicultural conversation hour focused on developing competencies, a weekly clinical case conference, a series of professional practice seminars, and departmental professional development opportunities.
