The Member Services Associate is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering a broad variety of member services and knowledge products to meet the needs of The Center for Corporate Citizenship's 470+ membership companies.
The Member Services Associate responsibilities include:
Building relationships with corporate members through written and verbal communications
Identifying trends and best practices in corporate citizenship among our member companies
Developing content materials and member briefings on current topics related to corporate citizenship
Representing the Center to corporate audiences

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $51,350 to $64,200; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
* Bachelors degree
* 3-5 years professional experience interacting with corporate customers
* Strong communication skills: verbal, writing, and presenting
* Ability to work closely and communicate with client organizations
* Knowledge/understanding/interest in corporate citizenship
* Highly skilled in MS Office suite
* Time management skills
* Superior customer service skills
* Periodic business travel required
