Primary Position Function/Summary
The Assistant Director is a member of the Employer Engagement team, and specifically develops and fosters relationships with employers, manages on-campus recruiting, leads the mock interview program, and provides services and resources related to students' preparation and search for job/internship positions. The Assistant Director also conducts career coaching appointments, plans and presents programs and workshops, and has direct contact with students on a daily basis in a variety of settings.
