Event Coordinator (Temporary)


The University of Notre Dame (ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Event Coordinator (Temporary).

Applications will be accepted until 6/1/2017.

Responsible for the set up, execution, and clean up of University Catering events on campus. This is a customer-service-driven position, and must be able to act quickly on your feet. Requires supervision of temporary staff at each event, ranging from 1 staff to 50 staff. Events range from set-ups to weddings. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
There is a preferred candidate for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess Indiana Alcohol Permit. Must be ServSafe certified or be able to obtain within date arranged at hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Hospitality and Tourism, or equivalent experience.
